2026 North Idaho Parade of Homes
September 12 – 13 & September 18 – 20
Tour North Idaho’s newest homes and discover the craftsmanship, design and ideas shaping the way we live.
Tickets
Tickets are $10 per person and are valid for all five days of the Parade, giving you the flexibility to visit homes across both weekends and choose the days that work best for your schedule.
Tickets are also available at participating homes during Parade hours or at the NIBCA office before the event.

The NIBCA Parade of Homes brings together local builders, designers, suppliers and Building Industry Professionals for five days of home tours throughout North Idaho.

Vote for the People’s Choice Award
Your ticket is your ballot. Tour the homes, pick your favorite, then drop your ticket in the voting box at any Parade home — or bring it to the NIBCA office.
Voting closes at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 22.
The winning builder is chosen entirely by the people who walk the homes, so every ticket counts.

The NIBCA Parade of Homes gives the public a unique opportunity to tour new construction homes and experience the work of North Idaho’s Building Industry Professionals firsthand.
Visitors can explore homes across a range of styles and price points, discover new ideas in construction and design, and connect with the professionals who bring these homes to life.
The Parade showcases more than builders. It also highlights the architects, designers, landscapers, suppliers, subcontractors and other professionals whose work comes together in every finished home.

Realtor Day: Friday, September 18
Realtor Day returns for the 2026 Parade of Homes.
Licensed Idaho Realtors may tour participating homes for free on Friday, September 18 by presenting a business card at any Parade home. Members of the public may also tour the homes that day with the purchase of a regular Parade ticket.
Realtor Choice Award
Local Realtors will once again help select the Realtor Choice Award, recognizing the Parade home that offers outstanding quality relative to its price in the current market.
